1. Who we are

Reliance Aircraft International, LLC is an aviation aftermarket parts supplier and managed repair provider located at 9715-A Burnet Road, Suite 300, Austin, TX 78758, USA. 2. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us. When you use our Request a Quote or Contact forms, we collect what you enter: name, business email, phone number, company, the parts, aircraft type, condition, and urgency you are asking about, and any message you include. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time of submission.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your quote request or inquiry and follow up on it.
• Prepare quotations, confirm availability, and fulfil orders you place with us.
• Comply with legal obligations, including export control, sanctions screening, and aviation traceability record-keeping.
• Protect the site and our business from spam, fraud, and abuse.

4. Legal basis

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with your company, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing a business website and responding to business inquiries.

5. How form submissions are delivered

When you submit a form, the information is sent to our web server and then emailed to our sales team using Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), a transactional email provider that acts as our processor. A copy of your submission may also be emailed to the address you provided as a confirmation. Brevo processes this data on our instructions and under its own data processing agreement and security program; see brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy for details.

If the form service is unavailable, the site may instead open your own email application with your message pre-filled so you can send it to us directly. In that case the message travels through your email provider, not ours.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the site and our business (web hosting, email delivery, CRM/quoting tools), bound by confidentiality and data processing terms.
• Our affiliated companies, Suncoast Landing Systems and Nav-Com Services, when your inquiry concerns services they perform.
• Suppliers, repair stations, or freight carriers to the extent needed to source, repair, or ship the parts you request.
• Government authorities or others when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. The only browser storage used is what is strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, remembering that you dismissed a notice). You can clear or block storage in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read the site.

8. Retention

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship. Where an inquiry leads to a quotation or sale, records are retained in accordance with aviation quality system and tax requirements (typically at least seven years). Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited to deter abuse, and email credentials are stored outside the public web directory. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

10. International transfers

We are located in the United States and process information there. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your country. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards with our processors.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Our quote and contact forms are business tools. We do not send marketing email lists; any follow-up you receive relates to your inquiry, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

12. Children

This site is intended for businesses and aviation professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
