These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website operated by Reliance Aircraft International, LLC (“Reliance Aircraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using www.relianceaircraft.com (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational purpose; no offer

The Site describes our aftermarket parts, managed repair, and related services for commercial and military aircraft operators. Content on the Site is provided for general information only. Part listings, availability, conditions, lead times, and pricing shown or implied on the Site do not constitute a binding offer. All sales are subject to a written quotation and our then-current Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are provided with each quote and control over anything on this Site.

Where the Site refers to certifications, approvals, or partnerships (for example AS9120B, ISO 9001:2015, FAA AC 00-56B, or Honeywell channel partner status), those statements are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the “Last updated” date. Current certificates are available on request.

3. Quote and contact forms

The Site includes forms for requesting quotes and contacting our team. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the forms only for genuine business inquiries. Submitting a form does not create a contract; our response, if any, will set out the applicable terms. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation, including U.S. export control and sanctions laws.
  • Submit false, misleading, or automated (bot) form submissions, or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system.

Many aircraft parts and related technical data are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and other export control and sanctions laws. Nothing on this Site is an offer to export or re-export any item. You are responsible for complying with all applicable export laws in connection with any inquiry or transaction.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Reliance Aircraft and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Reliance Aircraft” and our logos are trademarks of Reliance Aircraft International, LLC. Suncoast Landing Systems, Nav-Com Services, Honeywell, and other names and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those companies.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own internal business use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or modification requires our prior written consent.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to websites operated by others, including our affiliated companies and Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIANCE AIRCRAFT AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR AIRCRAFT AVAILABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. This limitation applies to the Site only and does not limit liability under any separate written sales agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
